Recipe 5 - Court Dude's Profound Polynesian Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium medium onion
  • 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 cups cooked Instant White Rice
  • green onions, sliced

Directions
  1. SEASON chops with garlic.
  2. HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion.
  3. ADD soup, pineapple with juice, water, soy and honey. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
  4. SERVE with rice and garnish with green onions.
